The terms “you” and “your” refer to the user of the Sidzo Platform. The term “Services” refers to any services offered by Sidzo whether on the Sidzo Platform or otherwise.
Please read this Policy before using the Sidzo Platform or submitting any personal information to Sidzo. This Policy is a part of and incorporated within, and is to be read along with, the Terms of Use.

By using this platform or even just browsing the platform, you expressly consent to our use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this policy.

The Company can modify this Policy unilaterally at any time without notice. INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE US / WE COLLECT FROM YOU
- Information shared during registering and account creation: In order to use our platform, you will be required to select the location to view stores nearby. However, for ordering products or to sign up, you will be required to provide your address, mobile number, email, name, pin code.
- Information from visitors and for participation: Visitors to our Platform may choose to submit their name, email address and/or other information to learn more about our Products, Offers, to take part in a Company sponsored event, or to participate in a survey among other things.
- Financial and KYC Information: Your information including credit/debit card number, UPI ID, billing address, payment instrument details, etc may be collected by Razorpay, Paytm and M Swipe’s secure online payment system. Credit card information collected on the Platform is stored on Razorpay, Paytm and M Swipe’s secure sites and are available to us for up to 30 days. Such information is governed by Razorpay’s privacy policy, Paytm’s privacy policy and M Swipe’s privacy policy.
- Financial and KYC Information of sellers, partner store, merchant or a delivery partner on the Sidzo platform: Sidzo may collect your Bank account information such as Account Number, IFSC code, Account holder name, Bank name, UPI ID and KYC documents such as PAN card, Aadhar card, GST certificate, MOA, AOA, FSSAI license, company incorporation certificate, cancelled cheque, government photo & address identity proof as required by the law once you are registered as a seller on the Sidzo platform.
- If you are a partner store, merchant or a delivery partner, we will, additionally, record your calls with us made from the device used to provide Services, related call details, SMS details location and address details.
- Information about other people: You may order Products or avail Offers for a person other than you (such as a gift) by providing their names, mobile numbers, email IDs and addresses. We rely on you to obtain the intended recipient’s consent to our use of their personal information for these limited purposes.
- Feedback Data and Other Data: This includes:
- If you call our customer service, we may record information provided by you to service you or record the calls for quality and training purposes.
- Data you input when you participate in our loyalty programs or use any discount codes offered by us.
- If you provide any feedback or comments to us on the Platform.
- Usage data: We collect data about how you interact with our Platform. This includes data such as interaction patterns (such as screen actions, gestures: taps, scrolls) access dates and times, App features or pages viewed, App crashes and other system activity, type of browser, and third-party sites or services used before or in the course of interacting with our Platform.\
- Device data: We collect data about the devices used to access our Platform, including the device IP address, unique device identifiers, advertising identifiers, serial numbers, device motion data, and mobile network data. Depending on the Services that you use, and your app settings or device permissions, we may collect your real time information, or approximate location information as determined through data such as GPS, IP address.
- Data collected through cookies: Our Sidzo Platform and third parties with whom we partner, may use cookies, pixel tags, google analytics, web beacons, mobile device IDs, “flash cookies” and similar files or technologies to collect and store information with respect to your use of the Services and third-party websites.

- Information collected through advertisements: Our Platform may use third party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our Platform. This Policy does not cover the use of cookies by any such advertisers.
USES OF YOUR INFORMATION
- Your personal information may be used for Company’s legitimate business interests in connection with your use of the Platform, including your registration, confirmation of your order, your delivery information, response to user inquiries and fulfil user requests, completion of transactions, providing customer service, sending administrative information, and to personalize user experience with the Platform. We may use this information to better understand our users in general and to improve the content and functionality of the Platform. We may use information to investigate and prosecute potential breaches of Company security or license agreements.
- From time to time, we may use your email address to send you information and keep you informed about the Products and Offers in which you might be interested. Your contact information may also be used to reach you regarding issues concerning your use of our Platform, including changes to this Policy.
- When you provide us with personal information about other people, (for example, you may provide us with a name and address for a merchandise gift recipient), we use that information for the purposes of processing the delivery and, in some cases, to communicate with the intended recipient with information pertaining to the status of the delivery. We rely on you to obtain the intended recipient’s consent to our use of their personal information for these limited purposes.
- The financial and KYC information collected by Razorpay, Paytm and M Swipe is used for facilitating payment. If they have trouble processing an order, they may contact you by e-mail.
- We may occasionally contact you with our updates, newsletters, greetings, events and seminars that we hold, which we refer to as Marketing Communications. Further, we may use your personal information to respond to your inquiry or process a recruitment request application form you have consented to and completed on our Platform.
LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES
The Sidzo Platform may contain links to other websites. Any personal information about you collected whilst visiting such websites is not governed by this Policy. Sidzo shall not be responsible for and has no control over the practices and content of any website accessed using the links contained on the Sidzo Platform. This Policy shall not apply to any information you may disclose to any of our service providers/service personnel which we do not require you to disclose to us or any of our service providers under this Policy.
DISCLOSURE AND DISTRIBUTION OF YOUR INFORMATION
We may share your information that we collect for following purposes:
- With Service Providers: We may share your information with our vendors, consultants, marketing partners, research firms and other service providers or business partners, such as Payment processing companies, to support our business. For example, your information may be shared with outside vendors to send you emails and messages or push notifications to your devices in relation to our Services, to help us analyze and improve the use of our Services, to process and collect payments. We also may use vendors for other projects, such as conducting surveys or organizing sweepstakes for us.
- With Partner Stores/Merchant: While you place a request to order a product/services through the Sidzo Platform, your information is provided to us and to the stores/merchants with whom you may choose to order. In order to facilitate your online order processing, we provide your information to that store/merchant in a similar manner as if you had made a product/service order directly with the store. If you provide a mobile phone number, Sidzo may send you text messages regarding the order’s delivery status.
- With Academic Partners: We may share your information with our academic partners for the purpose of carrying out academic research.
- For Internal Use: We may share your information with any present or future member of our “Group” (as defined below)or affiliates for our internal business purposes The term “Group” means, with respect to any person, any entity that is controlled by such person, or any entity that controls such person, or any entity that is under common control with such person, whether directly or indirectly, or, in the case of a natural person, any Relative (as such term is defined in the Companies Act, 1956 and Companies Act, 2013 to the extent applicable) of such person.
- With Other Users: If you are a delivery partner, we may share your name, phone number and/or profile picture (if applicable), tracking details with other users to provide them the Services.
- For Crime Prevention or Investigation: We may share this information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us, when we are:
- Obligated under the applicable laws or in good faith to respond to court orders and processes; or
- Detecting and preventing against actual or potential occurrence of identity theft, fraud, abuse of Services and other illegal acts;
